27 Mar Russ Shaw – ‘We can’t allow skills shortage to lead to a lost generation of talent’
This week, Tech London Advocates founder, Russ Shaw, was featured in TES Connect explaining why we must educate the next generation in technology to avoid a dire shortage of talent.
Russ wrote that more needs to be done to ensure Britain has enough digitally-skilled workers and called for more schemes such as the Stem centres being introduced by the Gazelle Colleges Group.
‘If we are to ensure that Britain maintains its status as a global leader, we must change our attitude to education and ensure that we have a highly trained pool of talent who can maintain and enhance our national reputation.’
